As our Account Executive, you'll own new business development across key European markets. This isn't just another SaaS sales role – you'll be closing complex deals with major franchises, retailers, and multi-location brands who desperately need what we offer.

The role
As our EU-focused Account Executive, you’ll own new business development across key European markets. Working closely with our marketing, customer success, and product teams, you'll guide qualified prospects from initial interest through to signed contracts.
What you’ll do:

Own the complete B2B SaaS sales cycle:
Manage the full sales cycle, from first call to closing
Build and qualify your pipeline across European markets, with support from marketing
Conduct discovery calls and deliver compelling product demonstrations
Create tailored proposals and negotiate contractsNavigate complex stakeholder groups and build consensus for purchase decisions
Represent Marvia at industry events and build a strong European network
Provide market intelligence to inform product development and GTM strategy
Work closely with customer success to ensure smooth deal transitions












The ideal candidate has:
2+ years of proven B2B SaaS sales experience, owning deals end-to-end, with consistent quota achievement
Strong understanding of consultative sales methodology and value-based selling
Excellent communication skills: you listen, challenge, and advise
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex deal dynamics
Fluency in Dutch and English (French or German is a strong advantage)
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
Willingness to travel across Europe for industry events and prospect meetings
Bonus:
Previous sales experience in marketing technology, franchise software, or multi-location solutions
