Marvia, an international tech scale-up in the B2B SaaS industry, is on an exciting growth path.

As we have expanded to over 90 countries, we're looking for a new ‘Marvian’: an Account Executive.

You will play a crucial role in connecting, and convincing our Ideal Customer Profile to up their distributed marketing potential with Marvia.

Our comprehensive one-stop solution enables organizations to organize, customize, and distribute branded materials seamlessly across their networks and channels. 

Our expansion into the US market three years ago was a major milestone for Marvia. In this time, we've significantly grown our presence and gained momentum in this competitive market. Looking forward, one of our main goals is to further increase our market share in the US and EU, move upmarket, and capitalizing on our strengths to seize new opportunities.

The role

Are you an experienced sales professional seeking an exciting opportunity as a Medior Account Executive? Do you have a nose for business, and do you describe yourself as a salesperson? Are you a persuasive communicator, eager to translate your passion for business into new sales opportunities? 

Then this job might be the perfect fit for you!

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from evaluating opportunities to enhance sales, customer satisfaction, and retention to closing customer contracts and generating new sales

  • Penetrate new business through in-person meetings and presentations with key client

  • Assist new clients through any processes, and secure them qualified job opportunities 

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to understand market trends, client behavior, and competitive dynamics.

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and enhance brand presence.

The ideal candidate has:

  • 2+ years of relevant B2B SaaS sales experience

  • Gained top records in sales within a scaling-up contest, and knowledge of the franchising environment and its regulations; Candidates from a corporate environment are encouraged to apply as well

  • Familiarity with account-based marketing

  • You have product and market knowledge that keeps you constantly updated on new trends and potential clients

  • Ability to grow existing client base, you are both a great listener and networker! Share with us your stunning LinkedIn profile!

  • You commit to building something great and you are not afraid to follow your gut to achieve your goals

  • Availability to travel and meet clients to share our great product 

  • University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s)

  • Fluent in Dutch and English; French or German is a plus

  • Comfortable selling to VP, C-Suite executives, and sales leaders, navigating through multiple decision makers in an organization
